Can you deliver quicker than 3 weeks?
Yes, we can. But the size and complexity of the portrait, combined with our artists' workloads at any given moment, will determine how quickly we can deliver. Please contact us if you have an urgent requirement and we can give you an idea of time-scales and costs for express work.
Why don't you frame the portraits?
For two reasons. Firstly, in our opinion the cost of securely packaging and posting a framed portrait does not provide the customer with added value – it is much more cost-effective to take the portrait to a reputable local framer and simply pick it up when it's ready.
Secondly, people usually select frames to be compatible with the décor and style of the room in which the portrait is to be displayed. A specialist framer will allow you to see samples of a wide variety of frames “in the flesh” before you select.
What happens if I don't like the portrait when it's delivered?
You will have received an image of the portrait for approval or amendments before it is despatched to you, however, in the unlikely event that the portrait does not live up to your expectations, we will offer to carry out improvements, according to your instructions, free of charge. If, after this, you are still not delighted with your portrait, simply return it to us and we will refund your money (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
Are my payment details secure?
Yes. We use PayPal as our secure payment service provider, and at no time do we have access to your credit card or bank account information.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. Our web site is designed to deal only with electronic payments, however, if you would prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us before placing your order and we will advise you on all the relevant details. There is no additional cost, though the delivery time will be extended to allow your cheque to clear.
