How to order

 It's simple! Click on the “Order now!” box on the right hand side and you will be presented with a drop-down menu which will guide you through the process. But if you're wondering what might await you, please read the guidelines below!

Step 1 – Select the size of portrait you desire. If the portrait you wish to buy is required to fit an existing frame, please select the relevant custom size option, and record the dimensions you require in the Special Instructions box.

Step 2 – Select the type of portrait you desire, whether the subject is a Pet, a Person or a Landscape or Building.

Step 3 – Select the style of portrait you desire, whether it's Traditional or Contemporary. Our contemporary portraits usually use more vibrant colours in the background and create a more modern, lively feel. Examples of both styles are available to see in our Gallery.

Step 4 – Select the background of your portrait, whether you wish the artist to create a plain background to complement and enhance the subject, or the background depicted in one of your photos. Please note that should you select the latter, we will assume your preferred background is provided in the Main photo, unless you use the Special Instructions box to specify an alternative photo.

Step 5 – Select the number of subjects to be portrayed. Please note, the smaller size of portrait is only suitable for one or two subjects, otherwise there is a loss of detail.

Step 6 – Please include the name(s) of the subject(s) – this is not mandatory, but it does help us to personalise the portrait, especially if we include an image of your portrait in our galleries.

Step 7 – Please include a delivery address, this may be different from your home address.

Step 8 – Please include any Special Instructions that will help us to create the perfect portrait for you, such as anything you may want us to edit out or any clarification on poses or backgrounds that you feel we should know about. Don't worry, if we're not sure what you mean, we'll contact you.

Step 9 – Upload your photo(s) – you can upload up to seven images. If you would prefer to email them, just tick the box and complete your details, we'll send you an email with instructions and your order number so we know who the photos belong to when we receive them. Step 10 – Complete the payment of your deposit through our secure payment services provider, PayPal, and we will email you with your order confirmation details.
